Na haar master Sociale Agogiek en postgraduaat Bedrijfseconomie startte ze bij Thuishulp vzw. Daar werkte ze binnen de domeinen opleiding\, competentiemanagement\, zorgbeleid en kwaliteitszorg. \nMensen en processen verbinden vormt een rode draad doorheen haar loopbaan. Vanuit organisatieontwikkeling bouwt ze bruggen tussen de business en de ondersteunende diensten om van i-mens een wendbare organisatie te maken. Ze deed er de opvolging van cijfers en rapportages en werkte aan diverse projecten zoals werklastmetingen. Tijdens de fusie van i-mens in 2020 ondersteunde ze de stapsgewijze ‘inkanteling’ van medewerkers en diensten binnen de nieuwe zorgorganisatie. Céline werkte enthousiasme-en activiteitenmetingen\, taakanalyses en procesvisualisaties mee uit. \nEen organisatie moet wendbaar zijn\, want verandering is de enige constante. Na een opleiding handelswetenschappen\, specialisatie marketing\, koos ze bewust voor de zorgsector. Ze voelde de grote nood aan purpose en om iets wezenlijks te betekenen in het leven van de klant. \nHaar ambitie? Meebouwen aan de zorg van morgen en de beleving van de klant verbeteren. De ambitie van i-mens sluit daarop aan. Wat moeten de klanten in elke contact voelen? Hoe gaan we dat waarmaken? Deze strategische vraagstukken neemt Lotte graag onder haar vleugels. \nLotte Leybaert zal een toelichting geven over hoe ze binnen i-mens het klantgericht werken introduceren en dit bij hun 10.000 medewerkers. \nLotte denkt vanuit de klant\, maakt de klantenreis op\, breng zijn stem binnen en vertaalt die in een ‘closed loop’. \nHet gaat haar bovenal om verandering: van inside-out denken naar outside-in denken. Het doel? Het hart van de klant veroveren en hem fan maken van i-mens.
