Binnen Value4Health worden alle financiële stromen toegewezen aan elk zorgpad\, waaronder ook de apotheekdata. Zo krijgen ziekenhuizen per pathologie inzicht in de interne variatie en in vergelijking met de benchmark. Welke lessen kunnen ziekenhuizen hieruit trekken? Daarnaast is Charlotte\, als OPAT-coördinator\, betrokken in de opstart\, organisatie en optimalisatie van thuishospitalisatie met antimicrobiële therapie. Sindsdien was zij actief bij Ferm Thuiszorg\, UZ Leuven (Medische Diagnostiek) en Wit-Gele Kruis Vlaams-Brabant\, waar zij tal van zorginnovaties en verbeterinitiatieven initieerde en implementeerde in functie van meer kwaliteitsvolle en efficiënte zorg.
